Effective Date: February 20, 2026
1. Booking & Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of the advance amount (typically 20%). The balance of the payment must be settled at the time of check-in. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Our standard check-in and check-out times are:
- Check-in: 11:00 AM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a partial refund or credit for a future stay. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Illegal activities, excessive noise after 10:00 PM, and damage to property are strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
5. Liability
Redstone Cottages is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests participate in adventure activities at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines provided by our instructors.
